Acquisition boards

In the context of PLEASED, we developed two acquisition boards: PLANTSENSE and an Arduino shield

  • 12 BITS ADC RESOLUTION SEQUENTIAL CONVERSION (UP TO 30 SAMPLES/CHANEL/SECOND)

  • two input channels;
  • high input impedance ( > 10GΩ);
  • 16-bit precision ADC;
  • dual-supply for the instrumentation amplifiers and ADC;
  • a USB port in order to communicate with a computer.

The Arduino shield – proof of concept

During the Maker Faire in Rome we presented a proof-of-concept of a cost effective DIY DAQ based on Arduino
